Adam~ Fixed has been in the building and carpentry industry for 30 years. For the last 10 years we provided building maintenance and residential service for customers that are looking for top quality repairs and upgrades to their existing structure. Now we have incorporated as Fixed.llc to provide service for all aspects of commercial and residential properties. From replacing a few floor tiles to turn key remodeling projects.

Fixed.llc is a maintenance company offering commercial and residential maintenance services for HVAC, small refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, windows cabinetry and much more.

We offer handyman services for your home with window sealing, drywall repair, painting and everything else.We cover all of New Hampshire and anywhere within 50 miles of Manchester NH. We will come to the site, provide detailed description of what’s needed, a list of materials and a realistic estimated cost. (If you use us for the job the fee is subtracted from the final bill.)

Hourly rate

For planned work

Our hourly rate for planned work, with a four hour minimum
$95.00 for the first technician and $65 for an additional technician (Second technician does not fall under the four hour minimum, billed as needed.)

Emergency Service

We will stop what we are doing and come right over

Immediate service, as soon as you need it.
$250.00 per tech
